Project Description
Nick Samuels
Nick started running at age 12 and quickly caught the bug, always looking to learn new ways to improve and get faster. He quickly progressed from a 3 minute 800m runner to making national finals, representing England over 1500m and most, recently winning both World and European Duathlon titles. he also now boasts an 800m PB of 1:48 and a sub-4 minute metric mile.
Throughout Sonia’s career Nick has worked alongside many professionals to coordinate and ensure the very best result. He assists with performance psychology, physical rehabilitation, event preparation and, his most favourite skill, training camp / logistics planning and coordination. There are very few places in the world Nick has not researched as possible training locations spending endless hours on Google maps, Strava and many other resources to ensure the very best option is selected in terms of climate, access, facilities and running terrain.
Nick is also very knowledgeable in how to train and prepare for multi-sport in mixing disciplines whilst still allowing for adequate recovery to perform to your very best.
